Service Desk (Customer Relationship)

Craytek provides help desk and network support services to the Department of the Navy at six locations: California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Virginia, Washington DC and Washington State.

Service Desk

Craytek provides a single point of contact for all service calls, and we consider all service calls to be closed loop. In other words, Craytek assures that each service call is tracked through to completion.
